What kind of a person is Sadhguru aka Jaggi Vasudev in reality?

I will will tell what I know about him.

You can take a call.

He married another man's wife, Viji was already married.

He was her second husband.

You’ve to find the divorce details yourself, if she divorced and married or whatever.

He is rich.

But he can right away go incognito giving up everything without a single remorse.

How, when he was kid itself he used to run away from home. Yup you can laugh it off.

Remember his Dad was doctor in those days itself. He had all the comforts. But he hardly hanged with friends or played with toys. He is 70 now, so imagine back then your Dad is doctor, why would you run away to the forest while you had the comforts.

He used to carry some money to buy few bare minimum things and stay in forests for days till his resources completely got over.

Now don't say why he went with money in forest.

Smart guys, he used to buy some stuff on the way to the forest or buy things before going to forest plus imagine how much money a small school boy could handle that too in the 1950′s when money actually had not much value when you could get things like food, water, or help just like that.

Anyway you take a call, if he is desperate for money.

During his youth he was already running multiple business and was big shot in Mysore.

But after epiphany at Chamundi Hills, he left his business to friends.

Think if he wanted to make money, he could have continued even Anil Ambani isn't ready to quit his business in such a dire state, how many would quit business when things are great going.

Also imagine if Spirituality only he can package and mint money, how much he would have earned if he thought only about business and money.

Don't say he was outdated back then and would not have survived today's corporate. So he quit business, he is as much contemporary in his communication, image, branding as one can be, may be one need not agree with what he says. But he sure makes his stamp is left. Just see the way Isha, his brand, his organizational acumen, it beats any Top CEO, many top companies.

I'd any day pay money to listen to him than Pichai or Bezos or Satya. Atleast Sadhguru is engaging than any of these guys hands down. All due respect to these great leaders as well but on one level Sadhguru sure is engaging to listen to right, what say?

So he would have killed all MNCs if he was in business today, as most intellects agree he is a good business man. I mean if Spirituality which is such a boring stuff, itself he can mint money, imagine with business mind, his greed as most say, plus his communication, can go on.

Still not convinced okay. It's your call again.

Give me 10,000 rupees whoever I will share all the things about Spirituality everything one needs to know and I will share more than what Sadhguru knows else your money back right away. Yes.(chuckles).

Its not about money, but if folks think to give 10,000 only, why would the big shots, common folks, youth, old, educated, etc. pay lacs, crores, rupees, 1000s, 100s etc.

Now he has lot of Isha side business, so what?

I say you open one side business like Isha Subsidiaries and make money.

Forget a big one Like ISHA foundation, one small venture Like his side business, open it, make money and then comment.

I know Isha foundation makes money. So what is wrong? Is it written anywhere hard and fast, Spiritual organization should not mint money, gurus should not lead luxury life.

Your saying it's public money wasting is what you say but point is if they are ascetic, simple and boring, no one gives money to welfare associations easily, especially rich folks plus what is wrong if I spend 1 crores to get 100 crores, that is their strategy to do good. Again you say otherwise.

So do one thing as Sadhguru said in media, many times, anyone is openly invited to Isha to check their credibility.

Go intellectuals, “go enquire, ask how much they are spending, where it's going,” see if land is elephant corridor, feed thy elephants if you see any, (no elephants at least noticeably huge herds has been spotted so far since Isha built in 1990′s, remember it's at foothills of lush green hill and forest, so rare stray incident may have happened but again see and you decide your self, don't trust this answer.) Elephants have been spotted in Hosur also, so it also elephant CORRIDOR, SEE IF Isha is in elephant CORRIDOR.

See if Dhyanalinga, etc is pseudo science, sit there, take your equipment, get your Best brains, have a debate, EXPERIENCE, EXPERIMENT, TEST, REPEAT, Check if these Isha folks are hog washed.

Let it take few days or weeks.

Surely this useless debate can be put to an end.

From ages Sadhguru is telling, inviting anyone can come enquire, find truth.

So many Intellects, so many critics, many who are sure Sadhguru is fake, please use this opportunity.

He is told in media many times openly.

One inch of land, one fraud proven in Isha, he will leave the country, Google it, see the video.

See what is happening to Iskcon, Ramakrishna Ashram, Etc. today and most of the other good, and other Spiritual organizations, they are genuinely seeking funds but how many donate, how many big shots donate.

Iskcon is fighting among themselves, look how Akshayapatra got into legal trouble, they had so much going for them but hmm may be few more Gopal Gaurs can revive it and make SHINE FULL ON.

Even Vivekananda would be shaken seeing his Ramakrishna Ashrams. HE will 100 Vivekananda's to even make it visible to folks.

Isha too might go same way in future but just saying if money was coming to these organizations most would not be a distant memory of their past glory.

I am happy at least big shots are donating money to Isha instead of spending in luxury or expanding their wealth..

Now you will say but Isha is wasting, as I said you open one small Subsidiary like Isha or give me 10k. You also mint more money than Isha, yes I will tell how.

He is not a ordinary man in the sense, he has somehow known life, birth, death.

If he really wants to make money he can do it in Dollars, which he is as well but only MONEY if he wants, the Isha foundation at US, Tennessee is 1300 acres.

How??

Isha foundation in Coimbatore is just Isha Yoga Center, locally known as simply “the ashram,” is 150 acres. Approx numbers it would have increased by now but still very small compared to the US..

So if I were Sadhguru I need not even come to India, I will train or appointment some one in India or just share videos and treat Coimbatore like a step child.

His name is enough in India, why will I miss Dollars and go behind rupees, and do cheap gimmicks like Cauvery calling, other initiatives even if it's fake as you say.

Why, I can simply make dollars in US because many agree Sadhguru is a smart business guy.

Tell me if your smart, you will make money with 1000 acres or 100 ACctRESs during shivaratri (ignore the spelling mistake, see the meaning) dollars or rupees.

I say don't agree my answer or your answer, go see everything, experience, go with your skeptical intellectuals, test, debate, explore for 90 days what an all I said.

Not sit in Google, office elsewhere and conclude.

Check if energies exist.

Check if Rebirth exists.

Check his past lives truth.

Check his background in Mysore, how rich he was.

You try his methods, see if it works.

See if yogis can be modern.

Mostly see if you too as Sadhguru says is equally capable like him in Spirituality.

What if the world is full of only bad people, and devil or evil is the way of the world. Think, then being good is not such a good idea, get it.

Sadhguru is not even a percentage in comparison in performing miracles to these powerful beings, whether these folks are true or fake, all these beings had tremendous power, see the miracles they did. All he ever did was reborn 4 times and blabber, blabber. Dhyanalinga. Blabber, Blabber. Shambhavi MAHAMUDRA, blabber, blabber. Give few more blabber talks, mint money, go around world.

Poor Sadhguru he might be playboy, fraud etc but what can he do to prove himself that he is also ENLIGHTENED and more importantly so can each and every of you be as well. At most, he can't even pull a pigeon out his pocket, he will have a shitty pocket and you will have a.

I know he is enlightened, I damn care if he is devil himself, point is that guy, his tools, copied, ripped, inspired, costly, fake, is not the matter, but it works and I dint look up to him or look down on others.

See the whole point is suppose you achieved everything then what else, you did it, finally gave away everything, still have everything, whole world listens to you.


It is a perfect world out there.


Then what do you do.


Absolutely no defects.

You think you will be happy isn’t it. Exactly, you got it. Now tell me intellect is a good thing to be followed.


So in this case now tell me which is an easier sure shot of way achieving that state of eternal bliss.

Either directly do that makes you reach your true state that is eternal bliss or go round about with all other frills.


I am not saying quit your family life, job, give up your passion.

I am saying a rich person, a drunkard, a dacoit, even a sadist is trying to achieve the same bliss.

Only thing that differs is the approach.


Ultimately, the feel of bliss is the same for the rich person, the drunkard and dacoit.

Off course based on the actions, each one chooses, there is some consequences.

This is what most of us are stuck with. The frills. That is if I become rich then so and so...and I will be happy or I can face life even in case of most problems.

If I am having a happy family life, good finance, loved ones around and live a good life, then I will be happy.

In fact some are pushed to fight and have no other option. They do not like it. For example, say you are in a situation where you have no option but stand against the gross injustice that is happening around. 

So point why is either being happy or being pushed to injustice and getting sad or such emotions have to be the direction for your life. 

For eg: You fought all the injustice, then what? You became happy..or you got everything you became happy...see the whole thing can come down, change, or turn around any time..So the best thing is you be blissed out no matter what happens...and off course not to forget this is the true state.



I am not saying spiritual practices will not have consequences.

If you do them incorrectly or do your sadhana correctly and then do all kinds of nonsense you are bound to get reactions with interest.


For spiritual practices compared to the other forms like job, career, friendship, social service, ambitions, wealth, knowledge etc. have more chances of success in making realize the ultimate bliss.

So this means you get a lottery of a huge amount.


Now what you do with that lottery is upto you.

Invariably most people with easy money always end up losing it.

That is why most of us prefer the usual conventional route.


See choice is yours.

I am not saying spiritual path is the only way.

In fact I suggest you should transcend your spiritual sadhana as well.

What is the point if you become addicted to it also after a point in a time.


Yes, remember there will be tests on your spiritual sadhana.

In fact the severest tests come in the way of spiritual sadhana because you taking the direct route to the destination.


So do not compromise on your spiritual sadhana or practice at any cost.

But at the same time suppose you have to choose between all the wealth you have and your kids, spouse, parents, loved ones, friends, relatives and all the people dear to you.


Whom will you choose?

I am not putting you in a spot of bother.

Just saying beware of the attachments.


In short, remember what I said in the start.

Suppose you are the only person on the earth, then will it really matter if your Jesus, Allah, God, Guru, Buddha, Thief, Good Samaritan, Bad person, perfect in spiritual sadhana, smartest, strongest, divinest or the devil himself.

Get it.


So first TRANSCEND this entire thing you know, experience about life and death.

Choice is yours. Do it with your job, career, family, money, success, scientific temper, research, sadhana, mantras, money, charity, smartness, wealth, kids, spouse, or alone, however or combo of everything.

Once you TRANSCEND this you will still be here, in fact you will be able to the play the cards the way you want. Just make sure you don't play the cards foolishly. Else again you are caught in the rut.

It is about playing life untouched yet getting the experience of everything.

For eg: Imagine you are watching the movie of your whole life. Will you still be pained, happy or even ecstatic the same way. No because you are just watching a movie. So you can be the main role in the movie, be the director, producer, movie can be hit, flop or anything or not release or stop mid way as well. But you will simply be in a position where you are not at all AFFECTED in any way.

At the end even the path you choose should not stick to you or you should not get identified with it or say addicted to it.

For eg: you finally TRANSCENDED everything in life but what is the point if "U" still remain.

I mean not to say become extinct but if you have not created enough space between the "unlimited you" and everything else you are including your spiritual prowess (in short you should be able to throw it away just like that and start all over again or least bother as well about your spiritual prowess), then it's a waste.

Even your spirituality should not stick to you.

Off course nothing wrong in others getting inspired, other people helped by following your methods or even criticize your methods but point is are you so stuck to it

Whatever You Need Will Just Happen if You Keep Your ENERGIES Exuberant and Focused

As usual yet again one more very simple quote, which we folks miss to see just the way it is.

No offence he just means the "LIFE" that is keeping you alive..that one..

Like your completely brain dead but still like comatose, that is there is a life force in you. Scientifically, medically we can say comatose, etc...

Energies Exuberant. He does not mean how active, how energetic you feel. It means keeping your "LIFE ENERGIES" Exuberant.

What do you mean by life energy?
For eg: A 20 year old with worst form of Cancer can be highly energetic till the last moment he dies. This practically you can say will power, genes, great metabolism, as well etc.

Have you seen HIV AIDS patient, same age kids, same stage of diseases, physically, medically same condition but one kid just is energetic till last breath while other is very sick from start itself. Yes, logically we can say hormones, will power, but in some cases some how both kids are equal in every aspect but one some how has a higher life energy...

But no matter how much you decipher, life energy is what keeps you running, off course the output we are seeing in stamina, how much alive, smart, energetic etc.

What keeps you running...even if you stop eating, drinking, and reached your last ounce, you are not dead till the life inside you gives way.

This is "life energy".

While on other side a fully healthy 20 year old can hardly walk 2km. This you will say lazy, callous, or he can walk but just not interested.

Again haven't you seen your friends, same age but one gets tired easily. Yes your mind, body, emotions, genes, fitness play a role and how you been conditioned also makes a difference.

But still on closer observation you will notice that just because life energy inside you is Exuberant you are at higher level and performance.

In short no matter whoever you are fat, obese, diabetic, lazy, healthy, thin, sick, depressed, whatever your mind, body and emotional condition currently is, if you can just walk, talk, eat, sleep, then JUST DO SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA or Any KRIYA YOGA or any Sadhana/Spiritual Practice that works on your Life Energy.

But any of these practices be it simple pranayama, yoga posture, any of these has to be given to you, taught or initiated by a Guru.

Why because simple?
You need the power infused by the guru into these practices. Only then you will TRANSCEND with these practices.

Else off course you can be hell bent, read books, learn from pals, learn online, or pay money and learn from usual run of the mill masters or even practice INTENSELY for life long but trust me 99% of you might master these Sadhana but you will always lack that guru teacher, master's special touch.

Becoz these practices on the outside are just like physical exercise or yoga but in reality these are infused with certain energies by the master, guru or teacher.

This is not your metaphysics or quantum science which if you learn you can become the master.

This is like showing you or making you experience what I have seen. These are experiential Practices, just that the practice seems like physical exercise.


Do it for 6 months to 1 year learning from genuine master, guru, teacher.

See the difference, I am not saying your thin, obese, diabetes, depression will go off but SURELY you will be in a DIFFERENT DIMENSION of Life.

The struggles, tortures might have MULTIPLIED MANTY TIMES but simply if you had been no matter what PRACTICED Any KRIYA YOGA, SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA or ANY SPIRITUAL SADHANA, you will be BLISSED OUT or in short feel like God.

But ensure to get initiated by a Guru.

Infact, my guess is 90 % of the problems would actually have gone off or not bother you at all.

Sounds like magic.
No it's like this.
If I switch on my TV, bulb, computer etc, folks know how it works what powers it.

Same with ENTIRE CREATION & You who EXIST in this CREATION.

If you understand what is this ENTIRE CREATION, COSMOS, UNIVERSE, including which is you...

You will know why just keeping your life energies Exuberant is simply enough to be the BEST in life.

Focus will naturally will come with any Sadhana. Focus here meaning not be recluse and be one minded.
It is to be clear, have clarity. You can be focussed by managing your family and career and your ambitions.

You can be focussed by just having a good career in turn the success and results that come out of it is surely be deciding how you run your families, what your ambitions are.

Or you can just peak your life energies to such a level that your job, food, family, everything happens automatically, like you were God.


Confused, so for this get what this whole life is about, this cosmos is all about.


The whole creation has no START or END. Let's First understand concept..

This is nature of entire Cosmos or Existence. No END or START..

This is an process, everything in cosmos (planets, animals, stars, creatures, humans, everything living or non living including time itself) never ends or starts. But in this bigger cycle, once you get a chance to become a human by birth, it’s the human becoming the Divine is the final step, It is the PEAK, and not everyone on earth will resonate with it.

When one dies, you are no more but the SPIRIT which was in your body is Out. You maintain your astral body.

The laws of karma or say your actions will dictate when you return to earth, and what your experiences will be & what you will be born as become a rock, star, grass, mud, or just become empty space or be born as human again.

Poor actions in past life will be born as animal or lower life...no God conscious...

but God's essence is there in that animal as well. So sooner or later again you will be a human...

Then divine, then again mud, atom, blackholes, star, water, ant, anything...and again human then divine and cycle goes on...

Everything living or non living, everything physical or non physical in cosmos is the same. Just form is different. Either formless or in a form. Get it....

*When you have transformed the body into light or leave your body at will, or attain mahasamadhi, you are free to choose and go anywhere.*

You will be able to choose if and when to return, and what you will experience….you are free. You are no longer subjected to the wheel of birth and death, unless you choose to have this experience again.

This is what God is. This is least hurting way of playing life again and again. Coz you know what you are playing.

So it's good to be confident as well. But Clarity is the key. It's like now that you know the whole game, just play on...off course it will hurt as you have the emotions but remember including you, everything in cosmos keeps happening again and again...

Beat the cycle of life and death and choose what you want your experience to be...being human is the best shot you got...Nobody can stop you from this...not even Odds or God himself.

Now that you whole thing is energies, tell me should your energies be Exuberant or dull or average...

Now that you know the game, do whatever, get married, do job, party, be a scientist, be Atheist, be rich, be poor, be jealous, be miserable, have goals in life or be a Buddha too, whatever..in fact you can choose to be any living or non living on this cosmos or just dissolve as well...

Whatever being human is the only shot you got to TRANSCEND the game of creation, else cycle repeats...so only thing is you want to ride the cycle or cycle should ride on you....oops didn't mean to joke or scare, just saying life knocks you around... or you run the life way you want.

Over times (this life itself, or next birth or after billions of years) some times (some births, some births as just stars, dust, air or atoms) you will ride the cycle, sometimes cycle(destiny,situations) will ride you.
This is what is happening to most of humans.

Problem is not the habit.

Do you know?

For eg: Did you know, Google most of your high achieving celebrities, most of them have a bad habit. Yes they are all addicted to something or other. SRK, yes he is a chain smoker. Did you know that? More importantly do you know how pissed off he is with the habit and sincerely says others to not get into that rut.

So how is SRK successful? Yes, maybe you will say rare case.

Okay agreed there are always many ways to look at things.

I say glass is half full.

You say its half empty.

For someone he says 50-50.

Someone steals a bun from a shop.

For one person it is stealing.

First know the nature of human mind.

In human there is only addition of thoughts and multiplication of thoughts.

That is either information gets inside your brain from the time your brain developed.

And the information is processed in various permutation and combination or say multiplied in all probabilities.

So there is nothing called as deleting in the human mind.

Nothing ever gets deleted or removed permanently from the human mind.

So to break any bad habit, you have to replace it with another habit.

Yes it is simple but you are not able to understand or get convinced.

For eg: You are addicted to smoking.

Suppose I give you a pill which gives you the same ditto effect of smoking but no side effects of lungs etc. then what will you do.

Get it.

The point is not smoking.

The pleasure you get from smoking if you get it from something else in a healthy way, easy way with the same ease and accessibility as smoking, everyone will quit smoking atleast drastically it will come down.

The point is the pleasure we get from smoking.

Same applies for every bad habit.

I can advice for alternatives but the nature of mind will start playing tricks.

It will judge the advice I give.

You will try to tweak.

You will say let me do it and if it does not work, get back to addiction.

So point is everyone in deep addiction wants to come out. Ask them given a choice...

I have said how addiction works.

Now you decide and come out of it.

This also some people will say crap advice.

See that is the nature of the mind.

So do not fight the mind.

Distract it.

Keep your mind distracted from smoking.

For eg what if I can hide the habit of smoking from your brain.

It is already possible with hypnotism, not successful fully for all but you get it right.

You want to reach a place.

What are the options?

Either you will go or not go.

You will walk, crawl, take a bus,rick,cab, plane, cycle, take a lift.

Somehow you will goto the place.

Or you will not go.

Same with bad habit.

You want to go out of the bad habit.

You do not want to go out of the bad habit.

Offcourse no assurance you will reach the place.

You can even meet with accident.

You might take time to reach.

Does everyone who left to reach a place, reach.

No guarantee, you leave your home, no surety you will reach home back.

So do not complicate.

Beat a habit with a habit.

Yes, develop a good habit.

Ensure the good habit overtakes your bad habit.

Yes give the same amount of time, try, try but develop any other habit.

Sooner or later the pleasure you get from the bad habit, you will get from the good habit.

You will soon outlast the bad habit. Find a good habit that gives you pleasure like the bad habit gives.

Eg as I said, the pill, remember. So instead of pill find a good habit. Pill was just a metaphor.

What if right now I give you a pill that will forever make you forget smoking till you die.

Get it.

Yes, just that develop a good habit that will engross you so much that you will come out of the bad habit.

Just be sure that even if accident happens or you faulter seriously, do not get hurt.

As I said you want to reach that place or not.

Maximum what will happen you will fall.

As if now what is happening with you?

You are falling slowly that is all.

So atleast fall trying to get up.

Replace your bad habit with a good habit.

You are smoker, then try something else also that you will get addicted, just ensure it is a good habit.

In case you get addicted to one more bad habit.

NO problem, is there any rule you should have only one bad habit.

Two bad habits. Good. Sorry for joke but on a serious note, now all the more reason to develop a good habit.

Keep trying it will happen.

Just remember you can’t fight the habit or keep it on hold and stop yourself.

Do not do it. Get it, it will only get stronger.

Replace the bad habit with a good habit.

For example if I throw you on an island till you die.

Yes food, shelter everything will be dropped.

But there is no iota chance of smoking, tobacco, drugs or anything else at all.

What will you do?

Get it.

As I said replace your bad habit, keep trying.

In short what if in the whole world all the tobacco, smoking, drugs, alcohol, related substance become extinct.

Then what will you do.

Yes, all the alternatives like your whitener, everything is made extinct.

No substance to abuse, see you get it.

That is why I said I do not want to give advice.

I am saying there is a possibility to beat the habit.

Say for eg what if you are surrounded by 5 friends for the next one year.

From wakeup to sleep to shitting, everywhere.

They will not at all allow you to smoke.

You are always surrounded this gang for next one year.

See get it.

So think for yourself,

Start and do not stop till you reach your destination.

Ignore the language, grammar, punctuation.

Marriage the NuTs & BoLtS of It

As i say the easiest way to know anything is understand it.

Say you know, understand a person, a subject, a job, a skill very well. Offcourse, there will be things which will still be out of your grasp like latest innovations or something hidden, but whatever you know if it does not give you the confidence when asked do you understand it or Not then you should know more about it.

Let us first understand marriage.
I am sure needless to say initially when man started off it was just for the next species to be born.

As and when civilization picked up, there were lot of things like social status, emotional compatibility and list goes on.

But fundamentally marriage is still for the next generation to be born.

Now coming to the crux of the matter but what to do for emotional and physical needs. Yes every person especially in their prime of youth will need to address this. Nothing comes close to having someone your age to understand you and share your feelings.

Emotionally needless to say, you can always have friends of the same sex, best buddies, good well wishers, parents, brothers. It's possible, there are many young people who always share everything with people more than their age. So somehow the emotional needs can be with a bit of effort be fulfilled.

Now for the physical needs.
First understand physical needs is like food. In theory you can survive without eating food but common its not possible practically.

If you don't eat food, the person will die.
Same with sexual needs. If you do not know how to HANDLE your sexual feelings. Yes for example there are many drunkards who are not all addicted to sex. Some are addicted to both. While sex addicts are many who have never touched a drop of alcohol. So getting the concept. It is not controlling sex.

See everyone can be a good driver but is there a guarantee there will be no accident even if you drive well. So you might be sexually very well matured and know to handle it but never be egoistic that i have conquered sex. Surely, whoever says they have controlled sex is lying. Either they got it nicely for being sexually doing something in life and have changed now or they are lying. You know drunkards, till their health is fine can't get over alcohol, once their health hits them back i have seen, after that even teetotaler will be ashamed by seeing the drunkards celibacy towards alcohol. But then what is the use? Health or life something would surely have been whacked.

Every species is created with this in built strong desire, else if there was no strong desire no one would think about having next generation. That means end of humans.

So this is how nature is created us. Now the point is first understand sex is not a taboo but at the same time it is not something that can be brushed aside the carpet.

But at the same time it is not a big deal, if you think so.

Yes, how can a person be without sex or marriage or partner.

See this is all based on your culture, off course genes as well (sex is inbuilt in the genes), but mostly your culture, your exposure, see one way or other everything today arouses feelings of love or sex. Just see the films, relations, dressing, everything.

So clearly sex, romance etc still is the number one thing on humans list. Simply because end of the day like all other living beings we are also one among them. We might have modern methods of living, business and what not but still we are a living species. Two days flood, we can live without our business, spouse, kids, even our clothes but can you live without your body. Whatever may be my knowledge, wealth, talent, recognition, end of the day i am human with FLESH and BLOOD.

Sit in a island for 1 month. Then say who really you are. Just think 10 years, you will dropped food, water everything needed. But just you have to be on that island for your lifetime. Get it...the feeling...so similarly your sex feeling also exists but you are making a mountain of it because of society, what you read, your culture, etc. etc..if you are the only human on earth it won't matter even if you continously think about sex..So point is i am saying sex is sex, nothing beyond or nothing less.

So clearly we have to understand that sex exists. Now thing is how to handle.
Here no point in advising, because the mind will always say or find a way to beat someone else's advice. In fact your own plans only the mind will beat and make sure you lose.

Say if you are born in a desert will you say i will only eat vegeterian. Get it.

Similarly, say you had uncontrollable sexual feelings or say for eg there is a serial rapist. What if that person is a put in island. He has everything food, water,shelter etc. But nothing to do with sex and especially the opposite sex.

What can a serial rapist or a person with uncontrolled sexual desire do. Not much except for self pleasure in some cases.

So you see, right now the problem is you think you are in a place where you can get vegeterian food, so you ask. But stuck in the middle of ocean or put in a desert. What will you do?

I am not saying lock yourself in a place or put yourself in a  place where there is no arousal of sex at all. I am saying suppose you are in the middle of a stage giving speech. What will you do? Even if you are a alcoholic you can't drink.

So TRANSCEND or i say outsmart your brain. Yes, not outhink your brain but go beyond human logic, mind, brain.

Transcend Sex.

In short, suppose you have uncontrolled sex feelings. I say i have a pill, pop that. Moment you pop that you lose sexual feelings. Great right. NO side effects. No further sexual feelings for the day.

So sex is not a taboo, nor a sin.

Keep at it, somehow just find a way.

Preferrably find something that gives you more joy, pleasure than sex in life.

You too see what other things really interest you.

Initially tough, might even take years.

So understand one thing, you can die anytime, similarly divorce can happen anytime.

So i am not saying it should happen but if it happens, can't do much.

Say like insurance, no ones wants to die but its better to have insurance.

So first thing is to avoid maximum chances of divorce. First understand who you are and what is this life all about. In that marriage, kids, job, etc are just small parts. Sooner or later your spouse will atleast in old age leave. So think spouse left without dying.
