Now he's telling that NO matter how much knowledge one person has it is just a speck in the Universe. Agreed Right.

No human has even 0.1 percent knowledge of the entire Universe, cosmos. Got it right.

We are all beyond what we think of. For eg: everything in universe is made of atoms.

Just a normal human being still wondering about things.
One thing is i am a bit curious and like every human even i am searching for that elusive thing in life, which i feel is ultimate.
But i realise that the ultimate and its experience can be different from each person to person.
Its like you can be happy just with your current life.
There are folks who are happy even on the streets.
Then you know folks trying to be happy with success, love, being good, while some derive some sort of pleasure in pain, hurting others anger.
But point is we are all seeking something. Those who are saying Nothing, they are seeking nothing right. Essentially they WANT to seek NOTHING. This is also seeking right.
Its like Zero also value.
Like that.
So that's about me, as of now nothing special about me. Just a normal human who is seeking.
But i make it a point to believe everything with a pinch of salt coz as i said what i see is water, you may see H2O. Someone else calls it Liquid.
So i am curious, seek answers but never hellbent that yes Sadhguru is right, or what i say is right or what you say is wrong.
Everything in Universe is Relative. I mean imagine if we all are Atoms or think from level of Atoms. Yes, technically we are all Atoms right.
Then all this thing what i said is nonsense.
So i am you, you are me. We are all atoms.

Great, than that should be enough.
To be honest i still don't know what is kriya yoga.
But coincidentally i just started kriya yoga from last 120 hours or 5 days.
So from the day i got curious (i don't exactly when i started being curious as well, but ya you can say atleast since i was few years old), Until the last 5 days i just kept on searching left, right and centre for the truth.
So don't worry about methods.
There are people in fact like Sadhguru got spiritual by fluke. He just went one day to the hill, it happened.
Methods help but seeking is the key.
In short i am not the right person to guide and myself dont have a guide or guru.
Keep searching, seeking...i will be happy if it happens for you.
Aghoris eat faeces, human flesh, do tantra to be spiritual.
Sadhus just meditate, live ascetic life to be spiritual.
Most Gurus follow texts and preach spirituality.
Athiest doesn't believe in any of these. They see logic in universe, while we or spiritual folk see the profoundness. Same thing, different views. No one is right or wrong, superior or inferior. You can go on seeing logic in all universe or spirituaity. Point is both don't have end, if keep on going.
In fact i wonder what my pet dog is thinking about all this nonsense. I mean he is just happy like that. No kriya yoga, no guru, no God...get it...
But if there is one suggestion, i can give you how i became like this then, I will be happy if you find a new method altogether.... Keep Seeking..if not this life, next life, no matter how many lives, how many forms you take, keep seeking...see one thing is for sure we all are seeking something PERMANENT or ETERNAL.
So don't worry about Time, Space and Results. Just keep seeking. If you don't belive in rebirth keep seeking but don't worry about results, missing enlightenment or accumulating sins or just dying like many who hardly know all these. Get the big picture.

Did you know you can leave your human body
In fact, who knows what you were in previous birth.
If you don't believe in rebirth, Google it. Think, its fake. Dig deep, find truth. Challenge, see if someone can do it.

Point is not oh yes if you fast you can die, anyone can die.
Now point is E=MC2.
So its all energy.
In fact your life, soul, spirit is also energy.
Can you see energy. Do you know its shape, size, smell, color, age, sex, religion, status, character, cost, start or end?
This is all we are.
Humans=Energy.
Human body=Energy.
Yes, can i create humans with human, a new human life. Again energy.
Can i create human body with human, yes babies. Again another Energy.
You didn't create energy.
Your sexual energy transformed to a human body and human life.
So don't believe human rebirth.
Say energy transformmed.
You are just thinking how can same person be born again.
I am saying why same person.
He got converted to Ash.
Became soil.
But only his physical body energy.
His life energy, soul energy, spirit energy. Don't know.

May be went to heaven.

But avoid a unfortunate ending. On the other hand, Its ok if you are ready for end anytime.
But point is it doesn't matter how many points, coins, superpowers etc you had when game ends. That is what i am saying.
I mean which is better knowing the game (life) or going on playing.
Its not wrong, chances are you will play a lot more, again your choice.

In fact even spirituality is waste once you achieve to exit your body at will.
Now apply same to anything in cosmos which includes your life, wife, kid, job, riches, status or even spiritual gyaan.
You just exit the game, and even heaven, moksha or spirituality doesn't matter.
I am not saying live lesser life, but will most of us cry if tomorrow Jupiter was nuked, if moon was gone. As i said body is energy.
Your soul, spirit, life is energy. No end, no start.
Then same can be applied to our lives. Atleast start trying.

What if each Universe is one Human Being

This is exactly what i am saying. Let everyone have their versions but please let us not fight who is right.
Yes debates are always welcome.
Like i said if someone doesnt believe in God as well, i am fine with it.
Its like Infinity.
None of us can exactly say this is Infinity.
But its absolute truth, God=Infinity.
I am saying certain portion of Infinity as Absolute truth.
You are saying another portion of infinity=No absolute truth.
Atheist says there is Nothing called as Infinity, Absolute truth.
For eg: For me Air is oxygen.

Becoz there are creatures that don't breathe as well.

Or will Jesus put the rapist doctor in hell as he was hardcore Islamic or Idol worship Hindu or Atheist.
So coming back to the point,
Yes chances are prisoner will still resort to his evil ways again so rather let the patient die. Say its okay let the lady die peacefully. But this is one possibility.
What if serial rapist prisoner doctor saves the lady. This is one possibility.

Now give same food to any slum dweller, urban or rural person.
So out of 1000 best junk food given to 1000 tribes surely atleast worst case one will die.
Now get the big picture ideally even one normal Human should not die after eating a normal food off the shelf.

Harmful effects of cooking in aluminium & hindalium vessels !
Hi,
I was looking to buy a good dosa tawa. Then i came across this.
Keep in mind the harmful effects of cooking in aluminium & hindalium vessels !
Many people use cooking vessels made of aluminium or hindalium (Alloy of aluminium magnesium, manganese, chromium and silicon etc.) for cooking food. Cooking food in such vessels is harmful for health.
When such vessels are used for 5 years or more, the harmful effects start becoming visible. Important aspects in this regard are given ahead.
1. Reasons for these metals being harmful for health
A. Various diseases are caused due to minute particles (Ions) of these metals entering the body
Even if a steel spoon is brushed with force against aluminium vessels, minute particles of aluminium will appear as residue.
When food cooked in these vessels is consumed, these particles enter the body through the food. On an average, 5 milligrams of aluminium is consumed everyday through food.
B. Ions in the vessels dissolve faster in acidic materials
When aluminium vessels are used for cooking, ions in the vessel mix with the food, specially if the food contains acidic material such as lemon, tomato etc.
C. Aluminium accumulating in the body becomes slow poison
The human body has limited ability to expel such metals. If the metals accumulated in the body reach beyond this ability, these will start getting stored in the muscles, kidneys, liver, bones etc.
Aluminium also stops the growth of brain cells. Thus, aluminium accumulated in the body becomes slow poison.
D. Diseases caused due to food cooked in aluminium vessels
Depression, worry, anxiety, memory loss, osteoporosis, eye disorders, reduction in the ability of the kidneys, diarrhoea, hyperacidity, indigestion, stomachache, colitis, mouth ulcers, skin problems such as eczema etc.
2. Alternatives for aluminium and hindalium vessels
A. Earthen vessels
This is the best alternative. If these vessels are not available in the market, get these made from a local potter. By using earthen pots for cooking food, the body gets necessary minerals through the food.
B. Vessels made of copper and brass
When it is not possible to use earthen pots, vessels made of copper and brass, applied with a thin layer of tin, should be used except for sour food items.
C. Steel vessels
Vessels made of stainless steel can be used. According to a Sanskrut shloka – The first means for performing spiritual practice is a healthy body. Hence, these aspects should be kept in mind without fail.

As you see even copper vessel is harmful if copper metal is on inside of cooking vessel. The effects are slow and may not affect some people at all.
But commonsense, any heavy metal in human body is good or bad?
So i would suggest stainless steel or iron (not rusted) utensils. Or best go back to earthen pots.
Yes anodized aluminum can be used. They don't disintegrate so easily. But still Aluminum among all metal easily disintegrates and as i said it takes few years and some of us might not notice the effects. There are reports that say aluminum is INERT or gets oxidised and there is no proof to prove convincingly. But there are proofs that Alzheimer's patients mostly have high aluminum in their system. So as i said common sense, let us use metal which doesn't disintegrate easily coz any metal in body is bad after a point.
I would suggest cast iron dosa tawa. But dispose once it rusts.
For all cooking i would suggest stainless steel. But best option is if we can go for earthen cookware.
Aluminum i would suggest for serving or just keeping food items.
Anodized Aluminum means through electrolysis process the aluminium is made a bit hard or noncorrosive. Just a small oxide layer is formed on surface. Basically today all branded pressure cookers, the aluminum cookers that are shiny are all anodized.
But again i would avoid Aluminum in any form. For serving or storage i will use Aluminum.
But yes as i said these things are tough to prove, and in some cases today's generation might even joke about it or ignore it, coz not everyone will face the effects.
Becoz in India food is not just for eating right, if you know about the Rajasic, Tamasic and Sattvic categories of food.
As i said let us err on side of safety. Earthen or stainless steel for all cooking, heating is fine and to be 100% safe.

Isnt one rotation of earth a day and one revolution a year. So how does these concepts of yugas work.
Answer:
We can write a paragraph about how long days last on other planets. On Mercury a day lasts 1,408 hours, and on Venus it lasts 5,832 hours. On Earth and Mars it's very similar. Earth takes 24 hours to complete one spin, and Mars takes 25 hours.
So Yes, from a time perspective of earth timings or 24 hours and human life span one yuga sounds big.
But from perspective of Sun, and as i said in Mercury one day is 1408 hours or 58d 15h 30m as per earth.
So imagine on a average man lives of 60 years on earth. Imagine on mercury you will live for 1408×60=84480 years. A 60 year man on earth will live for 84480 years on mercury.
So Yuga is nothing compared to age of universe or entire cosmos. Infact Kaliyuga is just 432000 years as per earth time zone. On mercury its just 5 human generation of 60 years age. They will see one Yuga.

Yuga is basically time zone of entire universe. Not just earth, other planets. Now you see, get it.

Like different time zones on different continents, there are different times around the entire Universe. So on earth one yuga is huge. Time is relative. Dot.
One of the time travel hypothesis tells you that if you could somehow travel around a black hole for some time, (say 2 hours), then something like 50 years would have passed on Earth. You would have aged only by 2 hours while the people your age on Earth would be 50 years older than you.
This is because a HUGE gravity field like a black hole slows down time but for the folks on Earth, time would have passed very quickly compared to the time that has passed around a black hole.

You said you are referring to ancient temples i believe, but today temples are not constructed in the architect way so how will this impact on women

Firstly, Its difficult to build like ancient temples.
But if the modern temple is constructed matching say 90-95 percent of ancient architecture. So yes bad effects might be slightly less but cant be ignored.
Because there are other things in temple like idol, bells, worshipping methods which also give energy to people who enter temple.
For One person spirituality is about temple.
But in your case since you are educated, you say not everybody needs to go to temple to be morally good. This is also correct. You are spiritual because of education, society you were brought up.
I appreciate you want things to be a little more practical and easy to believe but tell me how many people will be morally upright even when no one is seeing them.
For eg: A penicillin vaccine while cures for some one, it is lethal as well because there people, in fact i am sensitive to it. Science is also created by human which has its own limitations and faults.
Same with temples, it has its good and limitations. So why we are only looking at limitations of temple like religion, idol worship, restricting menstrual women. Please see the benefits.
Now if you dont like temples well and good.

But like pencillin, what if there is some negatives for menstrual women.
Temple also has other significances.
Not everybody will just be good unless there is a concept of God, temple, cops, court, punishment etc.
Like plastic, its polluting but we use it. Similarly temple is not perfect, in fact nothing is perfect. So why only pick bads of temple ritual or rules.
Now the problem is about believing in the energy, what temples provide, (which is true, they have certain energies, its like pranic healing, accupressure. These methods are not visible but they work like your medicine or injection). This will require a bit of effort, you have to try it yourself, not much effort but you are the only person who can feel it.
The problem for this is, we believe everything our ancestors did was pagan, superstition. Yes, but not everything. We should remove old superstitions but there's no harm in following what good they followed - like Yoga, etc.

He could have become a rich successful CEO.
Considering his acumen, communication alone for his age he connects well even with today's young. Which means in 1990s if he had entered or continued his business he would have surely become bigger than Azim Premji, Narayan Murthy etc. just for his magnetism and high interactive nature.
I mean at his age i dont see too many indians who can relate to all age groups today.
Eg: Let he be fake, but put Rahul Gandhi, Sadhguru, Azim Premji, Jack Ma, Mark Zuckerberg, or even Bill Gates are starting a company. I won't say whose company people will go to. But Sadhguru wont be in last place.
So he could have been more rich, more famous as well.

No other creature on this planet pays for food, water and Shelter
I m not being pessimistic.
Yes, i am educated, have a decent survival skills.
Atleast i m blessed with people, or in a society around me who will ensure at least i dont die without food.
But point is today 50 rupees in 2018 for a kg of rice, in 2018.
What have we got into?
And then we speak of spirituality, heaven and the right way to salvation.
It will never happen.
There will always be humans who will damn care about being mortality, spirituality, not believe God or at least not feel jealous.
They will feel jealous.
Point is yes there are social security programs, free ration.
But lets be honest we know the success or reality and how tough or straining it is for a person from lower strata of society to feed himself.
With a family, its even more tough.
I mean now take this example for gas.
Then vegetables, then water, rent.
That means there will be always a human who will lose out because some one is ready to pay higher price for rice, dal, water, rent.
Point is if there were only 100 humans or say even 10 million humans only on entire planet earth, we wouldn't be in this place.
Yes i know survival of fittest.
But isnt that escapism.
Yes science is advancing, there are things happening.
We might find life on other planets or may be bring things under control in future. I could be wrong.
But What i am saying is no other creature does this level of complexity for survival.
If not for our intervention and exploits, most animals, trees, water would should be plenty in nature.
Point is nature can balance itself.
Humans are part of this nature.
Science is good but it has to fit with nature, else it will only be a stop gap option. Only delaying the inevitable.

So atleast why not create a planet where we live and let live.

Why Sabarimala restricts entry of all women who could menstruate?
The way its imposed without EXPLANATION, without CLARITY is wrong, but reason is right.
Both sides should keep their emotions aside. Then only this debate will end.

What industry or skill should I learn now that will be more valuable in 10 years than it is today?
Nothing.
The way world is moving at a pace and in a way, that you cannot predict what will be trending in next decade.
What i mean is the pace at which things are moving be it technology, economy, or trends? Earlier if something came it would stay for sometime and fade out slowly but after 10 years it will be erratic.
It might change in a few weeks as well. Then what you will do.
So i suggest, you be in such a zone that no matter what happens, whatever comes you are in a position to work with it.
Lift youself so much, that outside things do not matter.
For eg: Tell me is there anything more sophisticated than your body, mind.
So ensure your mind and body is at peak even for next 10 years.
Peak meaning not full of muscles & knowledge.
I mean a lively physical body and a happy mind.
Keep it simple coz the more things you get into things, its a trap you can't come out if it.
I mean okay lets say future trends are Nanotechnology, Blockchain, Open Source, Cloud, AI, Robotics, Virtual Reality etc.
Say you prepared from today and after 10 years became expert at something futuristic. But if you are physically ill or not happy at mind. Yes, what then? Yes, imagine suddenly something unexpected happened and just before you start to reap rewards of your effort. You die then what?
Have ambitions but do not forget to be healthy and happy daily.
This means even if life doesn't go as planned you must be healthy and happy.
Is this what we want when we achieve success as well right.
I say be it failure also no problems. Yes, its a fact not everyone can become successful right.
So what if you are one of the failures.
Get the point. One could die, life can trurn against you.
But nothing can take away your reaction to life. So be happy and healthy.

What is Spirituality?
Suppose i cut your hand off.

Having all knowledge or control of world.
Now you tell me which is more tough... Offcourse the torchers i mentioned are impossible, forget about even saying its difficult.
You must be asking the torchers i mentioned are just fiction.
Now are you saying is it possible?
Hmm did u know about Nirguna Kaya. There are few people or yogis or God as some say Jesus. Yes if it is so..be it..
Point is not jesus was God or yogis are hindu or its some kind of magic.
Every Human can reach a state where nothing not even death, threats or pleasure can conquer you.
Not even ambition.
Infact u will be beyond all physical, emotional, psychological factors.
Isnt this is what God is.
Isnt God created us...
Isnt God in every creature
Just that with humans we have chance to conciously reach this stage..

Till school i thought Maths means only addition, minus, wtc or Arithmetic.
Then high school, i got to know it has Algebra.
Then i came to Geomtey, Trigonometry etc are all Maths.
So point is about God you saw geometry and i saw alegbra.
Now i can't say maths doesn't agree for food for seven roads.
That doesn't mean a person is not spiritual if he is a soldier.
I feel a soldier is equally spiritual for he puts his life on line while we sit here and meditate etc.

Point is Energy. Neither created nor destroyed. Got it.
Thing is forms change. Universe has different forms but only constant it itself is a big life form.
Dont you get it. Remember Moon, yes like soil, moon is non living. But destroy moon, no menstruation for women. No more natural human species, may be science can create but i doubt. Science can may be just delay the end of human species.
So point moon is a life. Entire Universe is a life in itself.

If Earth is just a few centimeters here and there in orbit, Sun will sheesh-kebab us or Earth will freeze fully.
Yes just a few a cm closer or farther from current orbit.

So why should your truth, yes Jesus is God but why should it match mine.
Yes, Allah is only God, but dont you get it, what Allah really wants.
Point is i am looking or experienced a portion of God or the Ultimate truth.

I mean, can anyone 100% describe God.

No one can say what is God exactly.
Infact our minds can, no one can say they know even 0.1% about a leaf.
Yes, till date we dont know even 0.1% about a leaf entirely.
This shows that we all can only grasp a little bit.
Infact are we immortal.
Same our mental ability is immense but it will always be too little.

You say humans are smart.
I say under water, deep ocean creatures and the cockroach will survive on earth even after the Armageddon.
So point is not we humans. Point is we are also part of a huge universe. The universe is one big living thing. Get it.
Atoms anyone. Humans have atoms.
Animals have atoms.
Atoms are in space.
Atoms are in comets.
Atoms are in soil.
Atoms are in black holes.
Atoms are in rocks.
Get something..different forms but we are part of Universe which has atoms.
Its like are your nails, dead.
Same Universe is like a big life which is not alive or visible to us but we are likr nails but alive and we feel we can cut off from universe.
Point is even if humans become immortal, we have same atoms.
God is immortal who has atoms.
So same, you are just choosing different methods.
Good but dont say other methods are wrong.
Some say no God.
Good he is trying to grasp everything.
I am saying water.
Athiest says H2O.
That is all. Neither are wrong.
But in one case you have to experience and other is trying to understand the experience.
So logic is not wrong. Good dont change but understand there are many methods.
Logic says science is only way.
Fine but what language.
Science itself exists because of language which is creative.
Creativity also exists and so i Science. Remember atleast whole universe or creation has Atoms.
So you might not become spiritual. May be not this life.
You might become spiritual but not still feel pains of the body.
You might become spiritual and attain mahasamadhi or leave your body willingly.
Or like Jesus you could be crucified but resurrect and even acquire same body back.
See, God is in every inch of Universe.
Question is how much i got or what i saw.
Till school i thought Maths means only addition, minus, wtc or Arithmetic.
Then high school, i got to know it has Algebra.
Then i came to Geomtey, Trigonometry etc are all Maths.
So point is about God you saw geometry and i saw alegbra.
Now i can't say maths doesn't agree for food for seven roads.
That doesn't mean a person is not spiritual if he is a soldier.
I feel a soldier is equally spiritual for he puts his life on line while we sit here and meditate etc.
Get the point.
God cannot be defined fully.
Same for Spirituality, it is experience.
Your experience can be different from mine.
Dont you see God in the whole creation.
None of human, finger print or retina matches. No two DNAs also match exactly on the planet. Not even identical twins.
What this shows?
God has personal signature in every human inspite of million years, countless humans born so far.
So why should my God match your God?
Even if someone say no God, he is also correct.
Point is should we agree that when a DNA is unique for every human then why dont we respect difference of opinion and agree to disagree.
Ignore the errors in their God.
I mean as a person, no one is perfect but don't we still love our dear ones. Think. Get the essence.
Same with Spirituality.
For me its universal God.
For you no God.
For him Jesus or Allah or other God.
Point is not who is actual God.
Point is have you experienced God.
If you have not experienced God, have you realized atleast there will always be limits to a human and we are just a cog in the big universe.
This is spirituality.
