Imagine you have full concrete block. If its full you can't put anything inside concrete block.
But a concrete with holes or hollow can be filled. Got it. So nothing also is equal to something.
No death, there is something that never dies.So as of today you will find 100s of people who can die at will.
Just sit there and simply die.

One thing all are missing is all are ignoring that Jesus, Holy Father, Son of God all are beyond physical, emotional, mental, conscious nature.
Get the context and point. Your spirit is also beyond this. But again its not YOUR spirit.
Many people can die at will be born again as humans or what they said also or born again as stone, air, water or go wrong as well. But out of 1000 atleast more than 100 will be true but with some inaccuracies or in other context even 10 will be true and exactly born again. Point is death is not the END. Something never dies including your spirit which is not yours. Got it.
But you will see, most of them who died at will and who said to be born again were true.
Now, i am not saying about God or religion.
Just saying rebirth exists in different forms and timings might vary.
But out of 10,000 people who die at will, atleast 100 (worstcase but my guess numbers will be way more) will tell when they will be born again if they want to be born again.
Infact Google, search dig deep simple you will find proof for many people born again. Why go sofar. Logical loopholes apart, factual inaccuracies apart, exact details of rebirth might not be found for all.
When i mean with Exact details like timing of rebirth, place, may vary but as they said you will find something, someone, bornagain.
Its like you will find RESAONABLE PROOF of rebirth for all people who died at will and about what they said about next birth.

Harmful effects of cooking in aluminium & hindalium vessels !
Hi,
I was looking to buy a good dosa tawa. Then i came across this.
Keep in mind the harmful effects of cooking in aluminium & hindalium vessels !
Many people use cooking vessels made of aluminium or hindalium (Alloy of aluminium magnesium, manganese, chromium and silicon etc.) for cooking food. Cooking food in such vessels is harmful for health.
When such vessels are used for 5 years or more, the harmful effects start becoming visible. Important aspects in this regard are given ahead.
1. Reasons for these metals being harmful for health
A. Various diseases are caused due to minute particles (Ions) of these metals entering the body
Even if a steel spoon is brushed with force against aluminium vessels, minute particles of aluminium will appear as residue.
When food cooked in these vessels is consumed, these particles enter the body through the food. On an average, 5 milligrams of aluminium is consumed everyday through food.
B. Ions in the vessels dissolve faster in acidic materials
When aluminium vessels are used for cooking, ions in the vessel mix with the food, specially if the food contains acidic material such as lemon, tomato etc.
C. Aluminium accumulating in the body becomes slow poison
The human body has limited ability to expel such metals. If the metals accumulated in the body reach beyond this ability, these will start getting stored in the muscles, kidneys, liver, bones etc.
Aluminium also stops the growth of brain cells. Thus, aluminium accumulated in the body becomes slow poison.
D. Diseases caused due to food cooked in aluminium vessels
Depression, worry, anxiety, memory loss, osteoporosis, eye disorders, reduction in the ability of the kidneys, diarrhoea, hyperacidity, indigestion, stomachache, colitis, mouth ulcers, skin problems such as eczema etc.
2. Alternatives for aluminium and hindalium vessels
A. Earthen vessels
This is the best alternative. If these vessels are not available in the market, get these made from a local potter. By using earthen pots for cooking food, the body gets necessary minerals through the food.
B. Vessels made of copper and brass
When it is not possible to use earthen pots, vessels made of copper and brass, applied with a thin layer of tin, should be used except for sour food items.
C. Steel vessels
Vessels made of stainless steel can be used. According to a Sanskrut shloka – The first means for performing spiritual practice is a healthy body. Hence, these aspects should be kept in mind without fail.

As you see even copper vessel is harmful if copper metal is on inside of cooking vessel. The effects are slow and may not affect some people at all.
But commonsense, any heavy metal in human body is good or bad?
So i would suggest stainless steel or iron (not rusted) utensils. Or best go back to earthen pots.
Yes anodized aluminum can be used. They don't disintegrate so easily. But still Aluminum among all metal easily disintegrates and as i said it takes few years and some of us might not notice the effects. There are reports that say aluminum is INERT or gets oxidised and there is no proof to prove convincingly. But there are proofs that Alzheimer's patients mostly have high aluminum in their system. So as i said common sense, let us use metal which doesn't disintegrate easily coz any metal in body is bad after a point.
I would suggest cast iron dosa tawa. But dispose once it rusts.
For all cooking i would suggest stainless steel. But best option is if we can go for earthen cookware.
Aluminum i would suggest for serving or just keeping food items.
Anodized Aluminum means through electrolysis process the aluminium is made a bit hard or noncorrosive. Just a small oxide layer is formed on surface. Basically today all branded pressure cookers, the aluminum cookers that are shiny are all anodized.
But again i would avoid Aluminum in any form. For serving or storage i will use Aluminum.
But yes as i said these things are tough to prove, and in some cases today's generation might even joke about it or ignore it, coz not everyone will face the effects.
Becoz in India food is not just for eating right, if you know about the Rajasic, Tamasic and Sattvic categories of food.
As i said let us err on side of safety. Earthen or stainless steel for all cooking, heating is fine and to be 100% safe.

What industry or skill should I learn now that will be more valuable in 10 years than it is today?
Nothing.
The way world is moving at a pace and in a way, that you cannot predict what will be trending in next decade.
What i mean is the pace at which things are moving be it technology, economy, or trends? Earlier if something came it would stay for sometime and fade out slowly but after 10 years it will be erratic.
It might change in a few weeks as well. Then what you will do.
So i suggest, you be in such a zone that no matter what happens, whatever comes you are in a position to work with it.
Lift youself so much, that outside things do not matter.
For eg: Tell me is there anything more sophisticated than your body, mind.
So ensure your mind and body is at peak even for next 10 years.
Peak meaning not full of muscles & knowledge.
I mean a lively physical body and a happy mind.
Keep it simple coz the more things you get into things, its a trap you can't come out if it.
I mean okay lets say future trends are Nanotechnology, Blockchain, Open Source, Cloud, AI, Robotics, Virtual Reality etc.
Say you prepared from today and after 10 years became expert at something futuristic. But if you are physically ill or not happy at mind. Yes, what then? Yes, imagine suddenly something unexpected happened and just before you start to reap rewards of your effort. You die then what?
Have ambitions but do not forget to be healthy and happy daily.
This means even if life doesn't go as planned you must be healthy and happy.
Is this what we want when we achieve success as well right.
I say be it failure also no problems. Yes, its a fact not everyone can become successful right.
So what if you are one of the failures.
Get the point. One could die, life can trurn against you.
But nothing can take away your reaction to life. So be happy and healthy.

Rajinikanth is also Human. Question is which part of his human Nature you saw
I am not saying you are wrong. Eg: You saw a man shooting an other man.
I see the same situation. I see the man shot another man because the man had killed his father few days back.
I am not endorsing murder, just see the context. Same situation bit two views.
Now coming to Rajinikanth.
He is not God.
He is human.
He would have made mistakes.
He will make mistakes.
Now i don't justify his mistakes and i m not his fan.
All i am saying is trust me can he live without all this.
Ask yourself, trust me among all celebrities if there is one person who can quit everything and go, he is the only person. Even you know this.
Next is there any rule - spiritual or political person should not be rich.
Now are you sure Rajini does little charity compared to you.
Its a fact, Rajini does MORE CHARITY than you or most of us in life.
So now you are point is why he earns so much money?
Why he is living rich life while so many people are struggling?
Why he is not living simple life?
Why he is not donating or helping more money?
Think.
Yes why you want Rajini to be without defects.
I have defects.

Bro, What about all people who died the day before Jesus got crucified.
I know Since Jesus died for all Sinners they went to heaven. Vow so souls who never knew about Jesus or dint have chance to accept Jesus but did all Sins went to heaven because Jesus died for their Sins, back then.
Surely there were people who didn't know Jesus when he was alive and crucified. Like say India, Australia etc. whole world people dint know Jesus when he was alive and got crucified right.

That is why Jesus himself said go and spread the word to whole world.

So till the day Jesus died all people went to heaven right. No matter what sins they did.
Yes some sinners went to hell.
And whoever believes in Jesus now will goto heaven. Those who don't believe will goto hell.
Yes, i know God will judge, so all believers will also not goto heaven.
Only righteous and believers will go, right.
So what i am saying, i want to send atleast one Sinner to heaven who will not believe in Jesus.
Because imagine if today in 2018, if Jesus died, all humans goto heaven.
Get the essence of what Jesus said. Don't get lost in words.

Imagine There are Just 100 people on the Earth would you still be free or bound
See, it's simple.
Imagine there are just 100 people in this world for now.
Yes, see none of your stocks, investments, assets, success, fight against injustice, most of the things go away.
It's like say currently there is a big injustice going like say the place you are living in is just being exploited fully, the water is polluted, the food cost is high, corruption is too much. So much so that you are not being even allowed to survive.
Yes, its like this if someone is hitting you, yes do what you can.
If you feel hitting him back is right. Do it.
If you feel running away is going to solve it. Do it.
If you feel you making him understand like Bro wait, I am sorry, something like that. Do it.
Or even if you have any other ideas also. Do it.
This is the point.
Based on our current knowledge and tolerant levels, there is only so much even an enlightened being can also handle.
It's like if you hit him he will also atleast feel sad why these are people hitting me. Yes, he might bless you as well or forgive.

Theory of Evolution Explained In Dashavatar

But what Sadhguru said is see. He said billions of years first life started on earth on water. First was Algae, then coral, then fish, then whale.
Next life started like turtles, crocdiles, snakes. Then life started was earthworm, wild boars, lions, etc..

But when someone says in the name of spirituality we expect them to be absolute truth. BTW as i said, Sadhguru never says whatever he says is absolute truth. You don't agree, i a m okay.
Get the concept. Now you want to say fact is incorrect. Good, read Charles Darwin theory. But point is are both saying the same thing.
That is all. Reality is not always what we say. I say you are a creature made of atoms. Some one says your human. Insects see us as completely different.
Get the point. E=mc2. Everything has many different dimensions. Even Science, Spirituality, God. Everything. Nothing is completely comprehensible. Hope you get it. Can we say how many atoms are there in one drop of water.
No we can't. So what you say as Science also has its limits just because whatever it gives proof doesn't mean it is right. Because as i said science cannot completely tell about a drop of water also.

That God Go This God. This God Go That God. Atheists Says No God. Let's Explore
Spirituality is not something you need to reach or acquire.
Its not like you need to become a businessman.
You need to be spiritual.
You can be rich and spiritual.
You can be poor and spiritual.
You can be evil and spiritual. It's like i believe God but i am not able to get rid of my addiction.
Or what if you want to be just Practical.
How for example?
There is a serial rapist. He is in pscyhology ward.
One day in psychiatry hospital, there is a cardiac arrest to the psychiatrist who is a young female.
It's raining heavily, no one else , no other doctors available.
You know what, they have know option but to call the serial rapist who was also a doctor.
Now which was superior? The logical practical guys who thought lets take a risk and allow the psycho to treat the female doctor.
Or the Spiritual side of the Psycho which finally came out to help the female doctor.
I say both are right and both are wrong.
How? See practically they passed because the psycho treated the female doctor.
But practically they failed because what will a serial psycho rapist do.
Spiritually the pscyho rapist passed because he treated the female doctor.
Spritually the psycho rapist failed because all these days he had raped.
Now don't tell spirituality and practically varies on situations and person to person. And don't create SpiritAtheism. As it is there are enough problems in the world.

Along the SBF- South Bengal Frontier alone, over 3.25 lakh units of cattle valued at ₹200 crore have been seized since 2014.
Of the 1,09,999 heads of cattle seized in 2014, 1,01,751 (about 92%) were from the BSF’s South Bengal Frontier (SBF).

If i share Human Trafficking numbers as per the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), the ministry of home affairs wing that collates annual data on crime in the country.
As many as 8,132 cases of human trafficking were reported across India.
Crime against children
Crimes against children have gone up by a whopping 13 per cent, from 94,172 in 2015 to 1,06,958 in 2016. While kidnapping and abduction accounted for 52.3 per cent of the cases, cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) were at a worrying 34.4 per cent.
Atrocities/crime against SCs went up by 5.5 per cent in 2016 (40,801) over 2015 (38,670).
