Sadhguru can do it as well.
Now one of the cases when a person leaves his body is when he reaches a highly meditative stage.

But what is reason or effects of meditation. To make you feel happy but without drugs.
But after a point, like they say too much of anything is bad and we know the limits of human physical body, a person will feel so ecstatic during meditation that he can leave his body when wants.
Again Google on this like say - Meditation and leaving your body or something similar. Find if its true..
It is not a act or miracle or gimmick Sadhguru did.
It just happened, to him in public for first time.
And since we are seeing first time these things in public we feel its acting.
What i suggest is dig deep. See if these things are possible.
Truly find out, that is what i did. I came know what exactly happened.
