Acne, Pimple, blackheads or as a matter of fact for any such conditions why is it that it is such a big deal. I mean we all know if we catch a cold what to do. We just know it, it will go away.
You get sick, you know, you will be fine in a few days. Even the most of serious medical conditions with treatment seems to be cured or at least get under control.
What is it that with Acne, that makes us entangled in a never ending battle. There are many solutions, many products, many have been successful but why is that a skin problem, isn't that is what acne is all about? I mean why is just that there is no simple one stop remedy for it.
Here I share my thoughts on all natural acne treatment. I have had severe acne; in short I could rank myself 10 on 10 being perfect recipe for acne condition. Such was my condition. In spite, of being aware of the problem from the start, I just never seem to get rid or even keep it under control.
I never gave up, and finally I feel I have some wonderful insights to offer which will surely help a lot of you who are just fed up with acne and want a solution, especially a solution which is not very fussy to follow.
WARNING: CHEMICALS OR NATURAL, NEVER EVER TOUCH THOSE PIMPLES OR BREAK THEM. DON’T EVEN THINK OF TOUCHING THEM…THE MARKS LEFT BEHIND WILL NOT GO, EVEN IF YOU SPEND MILLIONS…and it’s not worth it for a small negligence you did by poking at them. Even if it’s tiniest of pimples...I am telling with experience.
Firstly, don’t worry. You can get cured, there are chances it will become worse by many times. But if you are patient and calm and relaxed about it, trust you will come out of it.
I also had the same skin issue and I have tried everything and finally found an easy to get to rid of it. Wish only if I had learnt about it very early in my age or not made a big deal about it, back then.
See beauty is what is inside, so even if you don’t find relief, remember what makes you beautiful is your character. What if you are handsome and one fine day, something happens and we become disfigured. Right…
This is how your skin looks like:
Layers of skin…See how many layers there...it is not even a centimeter, but the fact is it has many layers.
Secondly this is how your skin is…textured. It’s like leather...but not as roughed up as an animal skin...
So, understand that skin is textured with many layers. What we are seeing is just the outer layer. Again, what skin you see is not what we see in the mirror. So you need to give it some care.
Hormones, diet, lifestyle, exposure to dirt, pollution, stress, oil secretion, sebum all do play a role. But they are just the pushing factor or acute or just temporary factors.
I mean if they are the cause for your skin problems, then just avoid or stop taking them. Hormones are fake reason, its only exception, they cause major skin pimples.
For e.g.: If you have oily food, chances are you are bound to get a bump on your face next morning. Again, only chances right. Not everyone who gorges on those oily spicy tasty chips gets pimples.
Get it…So first understand, skin is the largest ORGAN. Yes, it’s an organ. So only if the organ is not working properly you will get skin problems.
So you have to ensure that you change your view on skin disease. Unless it’s a skin infection, for which you have to treat your skin and your condition will be cured. You have find out the cause of your skin problem.
If you notice, the skin is textured, so now tell me how just soap and scrub will remove dirt, impurities on a layered surface like skin. Even if you do scrub off, you will have started to damage your skin slowly and what about the dirt is below your skin. Got it. So keep it simple, don’t complicate.
Sometimes the simple things in life are the difficult to follow. Anyways here go my tips for acne treatment at home.
So keep yourself healthy, eat lot of fruits, vegetables, drink more water, and use fewer chemicals or no chemicals at all.
Use natural scrub, no soaps. Nothing against soaps but how do you except soaps to clean off dirt from a layered surface. They will just clean the upper layer with the foam and not to forget the chemicals.
They slowly remove the Cologne (Cologne is what gives the skin, the look, the wrinkle free look, chemical strip your skin off Cologne).
I have nothing against soaps; it’s just that I prefer something natural. Sometimes when I am on trip, I do use soaps but I really, really avoid soaps.
I mean animals hardly especially even our pets are bathed few times a year, how are they so clean. See we are complicating things.
For immediate relief, I suggest bath in lukewarm or cold water only and use any natural powders like mentioned below. Make a paste, apply, scrub with your hands on your body and wash off.
And then lightly apply any natural oil like coconut oil, mint oil, tea tree oil, sandalwood oil etc. to moisturize and close the pores after bath.
Just make sure you rub the oil with your palm and just rub it on your skin to moisturize, else the oil will make it greasy. Give some days time and you will notice huge changes.
Only thing is keep a small check on the food you eat and the environment you are roaming.
MOST IMPORTANTLY USE ANY NATURALLY AVAILABLE POWDERS LIKE:
Gram flour or chickpea flour. I use only chickpea powder. This is what Grandmas use for babies in India from centuries.
Shikakai (Acacia concinna powder, don’t put in eyes, it will burn best for hair also)
Baking soda powder
Or other natural powders like sandalwood powder, Neem powder or any other natural available skin safe powders.
You can make a powder of anything available in nature, just make sure they don’t burn your skin or cause any harm.
These will not give any foam, but just make a paste of them and apply on body and rinse and you feel get the best cleansing, exfoliating effect. All of these are not only good for skin but for hair as well. You just need to know how to use it.
Just make a paste in a cup of the required, shower with water on your body, apply on your body and start scrub with your hands, that’s it. And wash off. No separate scrubbing required.
You finished bathing fast as well. Nothing spent as well, as these are from your regular groceries. Even rice powder can be used, just make a paste and rinse, wash off...that’s it.
Why are we humans, the smartest creatures complicating a simple task like skin care and bath. Elephants are better…I mean I know they have thick skin but dirt is dirt for the size of an elephant body as well.
So don’t give me crap that animal’s skin is tough. By the way humans are also animals, don’t forget and I am sure the first species of humans took quite some time before they discovered bathing.
This is what our ancestors did, used natural things. Humans have been on the earth for more than 2000 years out of which soaps have come only in the last two or three centuries. So you decide.
Off course, the only drawback is no foam and scent but as I said you can create your own combo for smell as well by adding some drops of natural oils, mix sandal or any other natural ingredients.
Sometimes, I even use just salt instead of soap for bathing. (Don’t even use soap with scrub combination which come with some micro abrasions, again marketing gimmick).
Soaps remove the natural oils produced in your body. And then you will tell about mild soaps. Why does your skin produce oil, it is melanin to protect your skin from harmful sun rays. But we are bothered about looking oily and dark.
Off course, some people have naturally good skin and not so oily. But understand what is happening with you and then you will know the right thing to do for your skin.
Nothing like nature, remember humans are not plastic or chemicals. No animal depends on chemicals to keep themselves clean, even elephants don’t, they have bigger skin than humans.
So…you decide…it’s up to you. I know there will be some detractors but all I am telling is this method works for me and your questions are welcome. I am not against chemicals or plastic, without the technology, the internet, mobile phones or pain killers would not have been possible but in this scenario, I rest my case to be natural.
Just give some time with this kind of routine and you will know what I mean...something’s have to be experienced...
In case your problem is severe, I suggest you take oil bath every weekend. Warm some oil, apply all over body and use these natural scrubs. I know your skin will feel oily, you will feel more dirt, more oily.
But what you are not getting is, once you apply oil on your skin, the oil will penetrate deep inside your skin, pores, and layers and remove all the dirt.
It's just that you need to give some weeks and later you will also know how to bath without making a mess of yourself... You will take some time to come clean with the oil bath.
For starters, you can try some massage parlors or ayurvedic spas or rejuvenation centers. But again don’t spend a bomb without checking if it’s worth it. Just go for full body oil massage and steam. Spend less.
I know modern doctors, skin care specialists, say oil skin is problem, you have to understand that oil in most cases it is only melanin which your skin is producing.
Very rare it is pus or white heads that is blocking or causing pimples. Google Melanin, it protects your skin from harmful sun rays. Melanin actually closes the pores of skin and does not allow to enter dust. Which means you just have to lightly rinse or wash your face, to remove the dirt stuck with melanin.
What we do is remove or wipe of the very melanin which our body produces to protect our skin. Apply other things. Now skin is actually susceptible to dust and that’s why we end up in never ending battle of skin problems.
Tell me one thing human body produces to kill itself. Nothing. Even sweat, Google it, it kills germs not allow germs to grow on it. But after sweat you have to clean your body. But, we go on abusing skin with deos, talcum powders…I mean limited use is fine...but …most of the time, we just abuse our body with all the chemicals.
BTW, I am yet to see a tribal with major skin problems as well... Yes you will find but just check out the percentage. I could be wrong...but the point is how come these tribal’s without any chemicals have good skin…That’s my point. Both of us are humans…right...
The rest of things like hormones, DHT, over testosterone are all crap.
Why don't we get it? Are humans borne out of chemicals, plastic? Then how do expect chemicals - synthetics will suit us. You might know the results now, but surely if not now, the future generations will get to know the effects of chemicals on human body.
I know, I have been using and scientifically little bit of chemicals are no harm to us. Okay, but as I said humans are not made of chemicals. Natural acne treatment is the way to go.
I mean how come very few animals have skin problems (off course sick animals etc have hair, skin problems but overall are animals in good skin condition?). Just look around most males and girls just at the age of 15 itself get skin problems.
Think...I have hardly seen a slum teenager or person, beggar on the road with pimples, I mean very rare...I could be wrong but ...this is what I have seen...
Do not blame AC, stress, dust, pollution, etc. they are all just minor or pushing causes. Not major.
Beggar can’t afford these toiletries, creams, Lasik treatments, abrasion treatment…got it...no chemicals…No gels, no hair spray, no styling, no poking unnecessarily…see... get the picture…
Yes, be a little patient and use them for a few months but trust me your skin will be back the way you had it or at least it will not get any worse. At least, first give it give it the best chance to make a comeback.
These remedies are hardly costing and they will become routine once you follow... in fact you can even stop once your condition is better. Just take bath with any one of natural paste and you will have PROBLEM FREE skin TILL death do apart…
