What is the best treatment for hair loss?

First understand how hair is formed in the human body. Asthi means bone. The asthi dhatu gives solid structure to the body. In the physical body, asthi dhatu is formed as posaka (unstable) medas dhatu flows into the purisha dhara kala and is digested by the asthiagni.

In addition to the formation of the bones of the body, teeth are formed through this process and are thus the upadhatu (secondary tissue) of the production of asthi dhatu. The waste products (malas) of this metabolic process are the hair and nails.
So you see hair is a fine product of your diet which is only formed after the bones gets their share from food. Not to forget hair gets nutrients only after all the other organs, muscles have got their share etc.

So your diet has to be really nutritious to have good hair, or overall health. This is the crux of the story.
The human body always has good way to maintain itself and survival or being alive is the first goal. So your hairfall could actually be cause of some other deficiency.

The body will forgo hair health as it is not so important for survival and it will use the nourishment else where like your bones or muscles.
So first and foremost eat really good food with fruits, vegetables. Atleast 40 percent of your food must be fruits and vegetables.

Now first step is to immediately stop further damage to your hair. I will tell you a secret, ask a few dermatologists. They will all tell use any shampoo, but do not apply directly on scalp.

Yes, on deeper inspection, you will be told mix equal amount of water and use the shampoo diluted. Good thing is now you have more foam, especially considering that we only have hard water in most parts, and finally your hair will be soft and slightly oily, which is actually natural texture of hair.

Yes, hair should have some oil left in it to prevent breakages, dry, dandruff etc. There you go.
Next thing is Apply Oil. This is up to you. How often you apply, but i suggest apply oil to protect your hair from dirt, dust, sun or prevent drying. Apply oil which is good for cooking or human consumption.

What i am saying most HAIR oils are not even safe for consumption, even a few drops of them into your tummy will make you sick. so how will they nourish your hair, if it is not fit for human consumption.

Logic is if the food you eat is going to make sick, will it make your hair grow? Same, here if the oil you taste is dangerous for you, will it grow your hair.
Yes, initially the chemicals will give good smell, lustrous hair, later the problems will start. Technology has advanced but nothing beats nature in some aspects….

I would not buy a single hair oil. For coconut oil, i will buy a cooking coconut oil and apply on my hair, for sesame oil, i will buy a sesame oil and apply on my hair. Castor oil buy cooking castor oil and apply.

Preferrably buy cold pressed oil, where oil is generated by just squeezing coconut, sesame or castor. All the nutrients are retained to maximum. However, you can buy any branded cooking oil as well, only thing is they are refined and heated and some nutrients are lost, but atleast they better than most hair oils.
In fact, here is one report i want to share from the Ministry of consumer affairs food and public distribution.

None of them are nourishing for the hair. (Hope i don't have to say how to find the original report)

I have hidden the names, because i am not against or for any brands. Let buyers decide. If you notice the column mineral/veg oil percentage. See properly.

You paid money to buy coconut hair oil, badam hair oil, sesame hair oil, castor oil or ayurvedic hair oil. Why there is more percentage of mineral oil, vegetable oil. In fact, there is only two oils with 40 percent of oil content but again that is also Amla extract. Not the actual oil.

Coconut oil is only 20 percent with mineral oil 79.7 percent in one brand. Shouldn’t it be in the first place be pure, or even if it is not pure. Shouldn’t the main ingredient be more and mineral or vegetable oil be less or not at all.
Although i completely recommend not to use Shampoo, use only natural ingredients, i mean what were our ancestors using 100 years back in India. Shampoos? Google it, ask your Granny or someone. Not only will you less pollute water but all your problems will be solved.

Yes, be a little patient and use them for a few months but trust me your hair will be back the way your ancestors had it or at least it will not get any worse. At least, you will give it the best chance to make a comeback in some cases.
The rest of things like hormones, DHT, over testosterone is all crap. If that is case, you should lose your facial hair, and body hair as well right. Trust me, go back the good old way.

Why dont we get it. Are humans borne out of chemicals, plastic. Then how do expect chemicals - synthetics will suit us. You might know the results now, but surely if not now, the future generations will get to know the effects of chemicals on human body.

I know, i have been using and scientifically little bit of chemicals are no harm to us. Okay, but as i said humans are not made of chemicals.
I mean no animals have hair problems (off course sick animals etc have hair fall but overall are animals bald?). Just look around most males today and even girls just at the age of 25 itself find receding hairline. Think?

Do not blame AC, stress, dust, pollution, etc. they are all just minor or pushing causes. Not major.

I mean when was the last time you saw a bald beggar, did you get it? Dust, diet, pollution, crap right. A Beggar can’t afford a shampoo, got it, no chemicals, no gels, no hair spray, no styling, no poking unnecessarily,

offcourse, doesn’t mean chemicals have to affect everybody, it will vary person to person, it can even work wonders for some person. But finally are humans chemicals or natural?

MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU CAN USE ANY NATURALLY AVAILABLE POWDERS LIKE:

Gram flour or chickpea flour. I use only chickpea powder. This is what Grandmas use for babies in India from centuries.

Shikakai (Acacia concinna powder, dont put in eyes, it will burn but best for SKIN also)

Baking soda powder

Or other natural powders like sandalwood powder, Neem powder or any other natural available hair safe powders.

You can make a powder of anything available in nature, just make sure they don’t affect your scalp or cause any harm. These will not give any foam, but just make a paste of them and apply on body and rinse and you feel get the best cleansing, ex foliating effect.

All of these are not only good for hair but for SKIN as well. You just need to know how to use it.
Just make a paste in a cup of the required , shower with water on your SCALP, apply on your hair and start scrub with your hands, that’s it. And wash off. No separate scrubbing required.

You finished bathing fast as well. Nothing spent as well, as these are from your regular groceries. Even rice powder can be used, just make a paste and rinse, wash off, that’s it.

Why are we humans, the smartest creatures complicating a simple task like skin care and hair bath. Elephants are better. I mean i know they have thick skin but dirt is dirt for the size of a elephant body as well. So don’t give me crap that animals hair is tough.

By the way humans are also animals, don’t forget and i am sure the first species of humans took quite some time before they discovered bathing.
This is what our ancestors did, used natural things. Humans have been on the earth for more than 2000 years out of which soaps have come only in the last two or three centuries. So you decide.

Offcourse, the only drawback is no foam and scent but as i said you can create your own combo for smell as well by adding some drops of natural oils, mix sandal or any other natural ingredients.

For immediate relief, i suggest bath in lukewarm or cold water only and use any natural powders like mentioned below. Make a paste, apply, scrub with your hands on your hair and wash off.

Give some days time and you will notice huge changes. Only thing is keep a small check on the food you eat and the environment you are roaming.
There is nothing like good pack, its up to you. All i am telling is hair care and skincare should be a daily routine like eating, sleeping, or brushing the teeth. Remember what i said about beauty, its inner beauty that matters.

Don’t waste too much time. I am telling all the possibilities. It is up to you. And don't spend too much money or time.
