How can I prevent the Gastric Problems?

Simple solution just drink two tablespoons of edible castor oil and half glass of lukewarm milk everynight before sleep. You will never get gastric. If two tablespoons do not work, gradually increase the quantity till you feel the motions and gas problems are fine, the next morning.


Too much of castor oil can lead to loose motion. So in case loose motion does not stop, have a glass of hot water. It will be fine. But this is the easiest way. Do not make it a big problem by neglecting it. Unfortunately, some of the doctors today treat Gastric problem as a major problem, and end up taking lot of money.


Offcourse, this is just treating symptom. Main reason is lifestyle, eat on time, watch what you eat. I am not saying eat less but maintain a balance, eat all kinds of foods, fruits, vegetables etc. Do not take excess of anything. One reason why gastric forms is either you don’t eat on time or eat more or your digestion is weak. So always drink water in morning as soon as you wake up. Take care of your body.


Pregnant and women during periods/menstruation or expecting mothers should NOT TAKE CASTOR OIL AT ALL.

Whatever, but if you take 2–4 tablespoons of edible castor oil and lukewarm milk, that is actually enough, just wait for few days and your gas problem is gone.

Which laxatives can be taken daily without harm?

Best have Banana.


You can include a lot fruits in you diet.


Have lot of vegetables in your dishes.


See dals, rice, pulses all are carbos, energy and protein.


Adequate fibre is required.


In short, continue your food habits but ensure to have atleast one fruit every meal.


Like orange, apple or banana. Anything, at least 2–3 mouthful of fruits.


No need to complicate it with laxatives or other remedies. That its self is wrong.


You should not get constipation in the first place as a habit of good health.

How do I overcome constipation and gas problems?

First clean your stomach.


Take 2–3 spoon of EDIBLE CASTOR OIL and drink milk. Do it on holiday previous night


Next day you will have motions.


Let motions continue till its only watery in colour.


Let everything in gut come out.
The human digestive system is 30 metre long.


Food has to travel 30 feet, so the main problem is there is always lot of food stuck in your intestines.
Plus the poor food, junk food, poor timings of eating aggravate the cause.

It is only at a later stage gastric or constipation occurs. They are actually symptoms and not diseases.

So please take care of the cause.

But before you do CONFIRM IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUE.


Dont do if your pregnant or having periods, or expecting to be concieved.


Just do as told for constipation. That will also work.


Dont go out or be running around. You will be fully tired due to motions.


In fact you could feel hungry. So keep drinking water, lukewarm.


Once motion stops by noon or drink hot water. Motion stops or drink ORS only at last to stop motions.


But do this only after you get motions in colour of water. Remember your gut should be fully clear.


Do this every month.

Constipation have one to two banana after everymeal.


Atleast any fruit atleast 100–200gms after everymeal.


Have Hajmola with you. Have it after food. But stop once your normal.

First know how you got gas.


First reason is your eating habits are not on time. Stomach forms gas so that the stomach walls dont stick to each other. Offcourse, if you dont eat regularly on time, you will get anorexic and your stomach walls (walls are like flexible pouch) contract, and lead to further complications.


Gas is formed as a defence mechanism, body is telling eat on time and fill your stomach. If no gas was formed, an empty stomach will contract itself and end of story.


So eat on time.


Next could be poor digestion. Digestive acids in stomach are not strong to fully dissolve food. So undigested food can cause gas or loose stools or vomit. Gas is one of them.


So eat lots of fruits and raw vegetables. Atleast have a banana every meal. It is good to always have fruits and veggies. They have fibre, easily digest, increase digestion fire. We always get more hungry when we just eat fruits, veggies did you notice…

Do this on a friday night, drink a 100 ml of milk after taking oil. Start with one spoon. If you find no difference go for 2 spoon and increase accordingly till get loose motion or freely pass stools. If you get loose motion or you get free motion, then that is the Right quantity.
