How do I overcome constipation and gas problems?

First clean your stomach.


Take 2–3 spoon of EDIBLE CASTOR OIL and drink milk. Do it on holiday previous night


Next day you will have motions.


Let motions continue till its only watery in colour.


Let everything in gut come out.
The human digestive system is 30 metre long.


Food has to travel 30 feet, so the main problem is there is always lot of food stuck in your intestines.
Plus the poor food, junk food, poor timings of eating aggravate the cause.

It is only at a later stage gastric or constipation occurs. They are actually symptoms and not diseases.

So please take care of the cause.

But before you do CONFIRM IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUE.


Dont do if your pregnant or having periods, or expecting to be concieved.


Just do as told for constipation. That will also work.


Dont go out or be running around. You will be fully tired due to motions.


In fact you could feel hungry. So keep drinking water, lukewarm.


Once motion stops by noon or drink hot water. Motion stops or drink ORS only at last to stop motions.


But do this only after you get motions in colour of water. Remember your gut should be fully clear.


Do this every month.


So gastric solved.


Constipation have one to two banana after everymeal.


Atleast any fruit atleast 100–200gms after everymeal.


Have Hajmola with you. Have it after food. But stop once your normal.
