Best have Banana.


You can include a lot fruits in you diet.


Have lot of vegetables in your dishes.


See dals, rice, pulses all are carbos, energy and protein.


Adequate fibre is required.


In short, continue your food habits but ensure to have atleast one fruit every meal.


Like orange, apple or banana. Anything, at least 2–3 mouthful of fruits.


No need to complicate it with laxatives or other remedies. That its self is wrong.


You should not get constipation in the first place as a habit of good health.
