What are the best ways to sleep faster without wasting time?

Anything that comes easily or freely we don’t value.


Imagine people will get paid like they if they work, they get money.


Similarly imagine if people will get money if they sleep daily so many hours on time.


The problem is we don’t understand the value of sleep. It’s not about the techniques to sleep better, the concept of sleep, human body, you have to respect it.


Yes, in some cases stress or life might have been the reasons, but that is no excuse. I am not being rude but by sleep deprivation you know where the end result will take you.


So, you decide what you want to because again people advice and then you are not following, i mean there is no perfect technique to sleep or a method.


You eat, drink, similarly sleep. Try it, don’t complicate. It’s a mental thing.


Because the problem with techniques is see, we tell you take a walk, or do yoga. One day you get stuck with important work, or went with friends, or you had some problem. So slept late.


So your confidence to sleep comes from the technique which is wrong. You should know the importance of sleep without any reasons whatsoever.


But if you know value of sleep, you will not waste it.


As i said, even the richest (sensible) person will not waste money.


So same even the most sane (sensible) person will not waste sleep.


Keep it simple; nowadays techniques, advice for everything, i mean there are people advising, self help gurus, great inspirational youtubers, but if you don’t get up to the task, nothing ever gonna happen.


Too much advice, techniques, inspirations from outside is also waste.


You will fail, but you keep trying. But keep it simple. You will sleep one fine day, no matter what happens. There you go.
