What exercise should I do for sinusitis?

Hope this helps.


I want you to get a complete picture of what is happening with you and what is Sinusitis. Once you know this, you can take care of it yourself.


In fact you need not even follow the remedies what i suggest.


You can find your own best remedy as well but the aim should be to get rid of Sinusitis permanently without any harm or side ffects and most importantly not waste too much of time in doing so.

I had Sinus because of nasal bone deviation due to which i had difficult in breathing from 2010 to 2017. Now i am cured.
